Automatic renewals for domain and web hosting
In general, Greengraphics will automatically renew your domain name registration (where we manage it) and your website hosting (when we host your site).
For domain names, this is almost always done every 2 years.
For website hosting, this is almost always done every year. If you wish to renew your web hosting for less than a year, in certain cases we can offer quarter-year, half-year rates, and even monthly rates if requested, so please ask.
After we renew your hosting or domain name, we will issue you with an invoice.
In some cases we may not automatically renew your domain name or website hosting. This is done at our discretion, but may include times when an invoice is overdue or where we have reason to believe a site is inactive.
If you no longer wish to continue with a domain name and/or website hosting you should let us know immediately so that we don’t automatically renew your account.
You should let us know this in advance of your renewal, since we don’t issue refunds for domain registrations or website hosting once issued.
